Carlos Rondero


Carlos Manuel Edgar Perucho was born in Tampico, Tamaulipas in May 6, 1974. He is Guillermo Rondero's son (bullfighter too). He grew like a bullfighter in Spain. He became a student of the bullfighting school of Madrid in 1991. Nevertheless, he made his debut like a novillero in Ambato, Equator, in April 1, 1990. During that year, he fought seven novilladas in Equator and five in Mexico. He fought 78 novilladas in Mexico, Spain, Equator, Venezuela and Peru between 1990 and 1994. He made his debut at Spain in July 30, 1994. In that afternoon, he take a lap around Las Ventas's ring.

He appeared in the Mexican bullfighting in 1994. He fought three novilladas, plus the Silver Ear's bullfight. In this bullfight, he was awarded an ear and won the Silver Ear. That was a bullfight full of bravery and triumph's desire.

He received the alternativa in December 1, 1994 at Toreo de cuatro Caminos, Edo. de Mexico, in the reinauguration season. The godfather was Eloy Cavazos and the witness was Jos� Mar�a Manzanares. Bulls were from Arroyo Zarco's ranch. He has fougth 16 bullfights and killed 33 bulls since that day, and ha has been awarded 20 ears and three tails.

We can mention like his greates triumphs the indulto of "Bordador", from Chafic's ranch, in November 12, 1995, in Nogales Sonora. The next Sunday, he indult� "Halc�n", from Vicencio, in Plaza Huamantla Tlaxcala. He participed in the Feria del Caballo Texcoco 1996 with bulls from Armillita Hermanos's ranch. He was awarded an ear in the first bull.
